A 2-year-old San Tan Valley boy died on May 31st, while in the care of his mother's boyfriend. The mother, Amberlee Query, 28, is a swim coach at the Copper Basin YMCA in San Tan Valley and both Amberlee and her boyfriend James Sunderland, 24, were arrested last week at Phoenix Sky Harbor International while they waited for their flight to Alaska to depart.
